Can I order signage, uniforms and gifts on one purchase order?
Yes. That is the main reason clients consolidate with us. All four divisions can be combined into one quotation, one project manager and one invoice, with a single delivery schedule.
Do you install, or only supply?
We install. Site survey, fabrication, delivery, installation and handover are handled by our own teams, including after-hours and night work where a mall or office requires it.
Do you handle design as well as production?
Yes. We design in-house and produce in-house. You can also supply your own artwork or brand guidelines, and we will produce to that specification and flag anything that will not reproduce well in the chosen material.
Can I see a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Physical samples for uniforms and gifts, and mock-ups or prototypes for signage and display units. Bulk production starts only after written approval.
Do you handle signage permits and mall approvals?
We coordinate the technical submission — drawings, specifications and material details — for mall management and the relevant authority. Approval timelines are set by the authority, and we plan production around them.
What is the minimum order for uniforms and corporate gifts?
Minimums depend on the item and branding method. Embroidery generally runs at lower minimums than screen printing or custom-manufactured items. Send your quantity and we will confirm viability before you commit.
Can you handle a multi-branch or nationwide rollout?
Yes. Rollouts run as a programme — one master specification, batched production for colour and material consistency, and installation scheduled around each location’s operating hours.
